Basildon Rifle & Pistol Club - Shooting Club in Basildon
Basildon Rifle & Pistol Club is a specialized shooting club that offers a wide range of precision shooting disciplines. Members of the club are able to participate in national and international competitions in various disciplines including off-hand and kneeling with air rifles and centre fire rifles, as well as prone position shooting with .22 calibre rim-fire rifles. These competitions are all conducted in accordance with the rules of the National Smallbore Rifle Association of Great Britain.
The club offers a range of distances for shooting including 20 yards on an indoor range, 25 and 50 meters on outdoor ranges, and 100 yards for the prone position shooting discipline. Participants can choose to use air or CO2 approved guns and have the option of using .177 or .22 calibre air rifles or pistol caliber carbines.
Whether competing as a team or individually, members of Basildon Rifle & Pistol Club have the opportunity to participate in year-round inter-club, inter-county, and national competitions. With a focus on precision and discipline, this club provides experienced shooters with the opportunity to enhance their skills and compete at the highest level.
