First class service and fast delivery.
I placed an order over the phone for a new Ultra CLX. As promised when I got there the gun was waiting ready to go but as I was having a look around I notice they had a second hand R10. They let me try both guns and let me decide on what felt right for me. I understand that this was a slight inconvenience as all the paperwork had been done and the gun was setup ready. But without any hesitation let me swap to the R10. I have had the gun for a couple of months now and it’s been perfect. Thanks for the brilliant customer service. 👍
