Sywell Airgun Sports Club - Shooting Club in Northampton

Sywell Airgun Sports Club is a friendly and welcoming club that meets on Sunday mornings for those interested in the skill of airgun shooting. The club is located within the Sywell Range, just a short drive from both Moulton and Kettering, and is easily accessible via the A43. The club is affiliated to both the NSRA National Small-bore Rifle Association and the BFTA British Field Target Association.

Sywell Airgun Sports Club shares its grounds with several other shooting clubs and benefits from access to a fully furnished clubhouse and cafe which can supply cooked foods and hot and cold drinks. The club boasts two shooting areas that can be extended to three during club competitions, with the option to shoot up to 55 yards.

During normal club shoots, members use 15mm, 25mm, and 40mm knockdown/knockup targets. For competitions, 40mm stringed targets are used, providing an additional challenge. Air rifles currently used at the club include both spring and pre-charged rifles. In addition, the club offers a fully equipped covered Pistol Range, where members can enjoy knockdown/reset targets and paper targets.
