Dover Clay Pigeon Club - Shooting Club in Dover
Located near Newsole Farm in Whitfield, Dover, the Dover Clay Pigeon Club offers an exciting shooting experience for both seasoned shooters and newcomers alike. The Sunday shoot, consisting of a 50 bird sporting shot in small squads, kicks off at 9am, with participants required to arrive at the grounds by 8:45am for payment.
During the summer, the club also hosts 100 bird shoots on Saturdays, and corporate events can be arranged upon request. New members are always welcomed, and those interested in becoming a Club Field Captain can enjoy a free shoot (excluding cartridges) by setting up the shoot and joining the rota as a new member.
Safety is a top priority at the Dover Clay Pigeon Club, with only fibre wad cartridges permitted. There is not a better place to start your clay shooting experience. Very relaxed attitude to all levels of skill whether beginners or experienced shooters. Any age, young or old you are all treated with respect.

Didn’t enjoy it unfortunately. I wasn’t very good but I found the main teacher very abrupt and rude. I didn’t want to become a professional shooter, I just wanted a good time without being told off like a kid. Please be aware that we are paying customers and spent a substantial amount of money and we would like to be treated as such. Can only recommend the place if one is a good shooter and is not worried to be treated as if they just joined the military.
