Had such fun yesterday clay pigeon shooting. We went as a group of 4, but I was the only one who hadn’t done it before.
Our instructor John was so patient with me and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous for some reason.
Thoroughly enjoyed it, and I really want to come back and have another go. Thanks John 🙂

My wife booked me (+1) Virgin shooting experience, the closest place was Sporting Targets, 3 hours drive away! That 3 hour drive to get there proved absolutley worth it.
From the first email I sent, met with a friendly reply to the actual day everything was brilliant.
John was our instructor who explained everything perfectly, was super friendly and made us feel very welcome.
He made our experience properly memorable, packing in as much shooting as was possible and using all different shooting areas.
All in all, a very well run event, my son and I could not be happier. Thank you John for such a good time!!

Had a great time with my wife at the archery spot. John was an excellent guide and kept it fun for us the entire time.
First time and found the venue superb for both me (the novice,) and the elite as apparently there were England trials at the same time. Varied traps and no waiting. Staff were friendly and approachable.
Had a fantastic afternoon doing archery. Friendly staff, and can recommend the food in the restaurant.
My partner and I did 2 hours with instructor Bob and had a fantastic time. Bob was a lovely guy to work with and seemed to have genuine interest in helping us to shoot well. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He made us feel very comfortable and was full of praise whenever we shot well. The grounds is huge and really beautiful with many different kinds of traps to try. We’re both novice shooters but are keen to continue shooting here as it was a lot of fun.
