Ordered in the evening and then emailed to ask if they’d delay posting my purchase for a day so I’d be at home to receive it. Got an email back first thing the following morning. Item arrived well packaged and on time. Thank you.
Would stay as far as possible away from this company – makes his own rules up as he goes along. Also appears to be a grey market imports outside of official distribution channel, so warranty and product quality is a concern. When you raise an issue about a product sold, they go on the defensive, dont look to amicably resolve issues, but rather shifts blame on the customer despite selling defective items. Not recommended, disgustingly poor customer services and attitude, still out of pocket for £220. Time to report to Trading Standards.
I ordered a huge order. Had nothing but empty promises from employees. Shipping was supposed to be done multiple days in a row, never happened. When I asked for a refund they said they wouldn’t refund the 1000 dollar shipping even though the products hadn’t been shipped yet. I contact PayPal. They make the same offer again. PayPal sends me the full refund they get mad, send PayPal a delivered tracking number to somewhere in North Dakota. PayPal guy was like you live 2000 miles from their right? Yes I do my shipping info says so. Now they want to send me a invoice for 1000 dollars as a “restocking fee” PayPal said don’t worry about it. Oh and also they wanted me to drop the claim against them and they would pay me. PayPal says only scam companies do that. Use this info as needed. Be very very wary of them. Also because “I’m impatient so I will be black listed from all UK shopping” they say.
