Bought a number of preowned air rifles from Redbeck. Always been in better condition than expected and shoot spot on. No complaints at all. Plus the added benefit of being able to pay using PayPal Credit makes it so much easier. Will continue to buy from Redbeck without hesitation.
Had a leak on my pcp. Took it into the shop and it was repaired withing 15 mins.
Top class service boys and reasonably priced too
Been using Redbeck Shooting supply’s on and off for over 15 years and bought and traded a number of guns. But I’ve called twice in a week to look at a pre owned air rifle at £930 with scope. The scope was in poor condition and faulty they would only change the scope at a cost, no gun bag but would supply one at a cost, all items mentioned were pre owned but wanted near new prices. They wasn’t willing to do a deal so I walked away and will no longer be using them but will take my custom elsewhere . Very disappointed I think the owner has taken his eye off the ball and is loosing sales.
Had to send a new gun here for repair. Got that back after 3 months and it was more broke than before I had it. All the parts were moving and they weren’t interested in it anymore. I’m avoiding these people because it’s not good and a poor experience.
