Couldn’t have been more helpful. Emailed a week before my son’s birthday to ask if they could get their hands on a junior air-rifle I knew they wouldn’t have in stock. (I knew they carried adult rifles by the same maker.) They got back to me within an hour or two and just cracked on with it. Went over with my son to pick up the rifle with scope fitted and zero’d on the morning of his birthday.
Fantastic service from Gareth and Steve. Do not waste your time going to other well known gun shop/ schools. These places will try and sell you a broomstick if they can! Gareth is extremely knowledgeable and is a master gun fitter. I am a proud owner of a Rizzini now fitted by Gareth.
Had the misfortune of damaging my barrel just before Xmas. No problems. All sorted within a week and I was ready for my next shoot. Can’t talk more highly of the services I have had . If you want that extra personal touch from someone who is a master craftsman don’t look any further.
