We are a family run business specialising in the retail of airguns, CO2 guns, shotguns & firearms, including related clothing & accessories. We pride ourselves on customer service & honest business practices which we believe to be the most important aspect of our business.
The amount of stock we hold is immense, with over 2500 guns in stock at any one time, plus tens of thousands of accessories, and ammunition has meant that we have outgrown our store located on High Street in Standish. In November 2011 we opened the doors to our new store at ‘The Dog & Cartridge’ 33 School Lane in Standish. Our new store provides much more space than our previous store, improved display areas, changing facilities, Hot drinks vending machine, customer parking, air conditioning & much more!

Went into this great shop today to purchase an entry level air rifle . I was greeted by a lovely young charming lady who pointed me into the direction of a Gamo Varmint swarm , and what a great gun it is . I’m thrilled to bits with it . Many thanks for the help , highly recommended.
Just been to the shop for the first time today to look for my first pcp rifle and even though the shop was fairly busy dave was extremely accommodating and I have just put a deposit down on a rifle cant fault them one bit will definatly be back in the future for anything rifle related once again thanks kind regards Craig
Won’t be using again..Rang originally about a kral for a price one of the ladies answered and gave a price for the puncher model but to ring back later with the deposit after they confirmed it was in stock as they we’re busy,when i did ring back all of a sudden the price was more expensive and she made a mistake so I left it..anyway called after I purchased a rifle somewhere else I wanted higher scope mounts so even brought the gun in and was sold a scope that supposedly would suit mine…after returning home it was the smaller mounts and not even the correct type picatinny fitting!! so all together a complete waste of my time !
