Burnham Target Shooting Club is a welcoming and relaxed environment for individuals to engage in the sport of shooting. The club encourages new members and visitors to come and experience the sport in a friendly atmosphere.
The range officers and members are knowledgeable and happy to assist with any questions or equipment setup needs. The club also welcomes junior visitors, as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The club is equipped with everything necessary for those interested in competitive shooting, so individuals do not need to have their own equipment to participate.

Been coming to the club now for around 3 years now great little club great atmosphere and a very friendly place. Has a great indoor ten meter range which has just been updated and improved for the air rifle and air pistol and a decent sized 50m outdoor range for small bore shooting also has a club house so you can get a brew ☺. This is a well equipped club so no need to have your own rifle either all in all this is a friendly place two shoot and seems to welcome all people with different skill levels. Highly recommend Burnham shooting club for either if you just want to take shooting up as a causal hobbie or if you really want to get into the sport seriously this is the place to go.
Good bunch of people. Been a member for a fair amount of time. 10/10 would recommend.
As a first time shooter, the staff were very welcoming and had no reservations when it came to showing me what to do and giving me the same type of rifle as everyone else was using. I felt no judgement for being young, female or a complete newbie. I would definitely recommend this club to anyone in the area that would like to do either small bore shooting or target shooting with air rifles.

Only been coming to the club for a couple of weeks and has been great. I literally walked off the street into the club and was greeted pretty much by everyone on my way into the clubhouse.
I have not been to a range for years and as a novice I was worried about just turning upto a club but I have been given coaching and some really practical tips. It’s a really friendly atmosphere and there always seems to be cake? There is tea and coffee facilities as well as a WC, it’s quite layed back so there is not tons of pressure on you to perform but firearms safety is observed at all times.
So if you are looking to dip your toe into shooting for the first time or dusting yourself off like me I would highly recommend popping down and having a look.
Nice little cosy and warm place to experience the sport and meet some kind people. Big thumbs up 👍🏻
