York Railway RI Rifle & Pistol Club - Shooting Club in York
York Railway RI Rifle & Pistol Club has a rich history dating back to 1908. The club is both a recreational and competitive shooting organization that specializes in a variety of target-based disciplines. The club’s 20yd & 25yd indoor range is conveniently situated near York railway station at the RI Sports and Leisure Club, and is used for .22 rifles and air rifles. Additionally, the club boasts a 10m air pistol range at the same location.
The club’s 25m, 50m & 100yds outdoor large-bore and black-powder ranges are based outside of the city, at Hessay. Members have the opportunity to participate in regional competitions with other target shooting clubs. The club offers various leagues categorized by skill level, allowing all members to take part in the thrill of competition.
The club’s diverse membership includes individuals from all walks of life, male and female, and spanning ages from teenagers to senior members in their 80s.

Not been for a while but was always welcoming and very safety aware as you can imagine is of the upmost importance.
I emailed asking if i could pop along and have a look as i am looking for a club too shoot at. I received a email back. One senstance, not even a hello or thanks for emailing. I find this rude and wouldnt pay £120 just so i can look.
