I have done many transfers here and have had some work done aswell. Everytime I ask a question about something I’m considering having done to a firearm they are very honest and willing to tell me if they are capable or not. The owner in particular seems very knowledgeable and I have no doubt anything he says he can take care of for you will be done right. I wouldn’t say customer service is lacking because they are all friendly. I think people confuse associates trying to up charge you and getting you to buy more things with customer service. They are friendly enough to talk to and ask questions, but they aren’t going to sit on the other side of the counter and try to sell you on things. Overall this is my favorite FFL I have been to and I’m definitely a repeat customer.
New location but same excellent service & expertise. Great shop for all your weapon needs!
