Good comms but website need still needs to be improved. Dispatch cannot be checked on line and items are sent Super Snail Mail with No option to pay extra for 24hr shipping. Most other companies offer this. If I need an item next day I will definately shop elsewhere.
Had a minor problem, asked for their opinion, item returned for them to check, it was looked out within 2 hours of them receiving it they phoned me and explained and it turned out I was using it wrong, They dealt with it very in a very professional and understanding manner and item returned next day. Have dealt with them for many years , never had a problem and cannot fault their service and expertise. Highly recommended, thanks to all the staff involved. plus 5 star
