I recently visited this shop to get a quote on a BSA mercury MK 1 refurbishment and they were very efficient and helpful.
they did an amazing job and now the rifle shoots better that when it was new. The one thing i would change is more opening days as it is quite hard to find a time when the stand is open.
Slowest shipping. Worst customer service. Since Heather took over the company I dont see this company succeeding much further due to your horrible attitude. I simply asked for tracking after a week of waiting for shipping and she must have been screaming as she typed for me to check my order notes which basically just stayed the same since ordering. Then she closed my account. As long as you dont have to communicate and dont mind long shipping times you will be ok but James Valdez on ebay under user 82868 has better prices and way better service and more rare parts.
