About Us at Just Air Guns and how the company started out as JBBG. Just BB Guns was formed in 2009 by Trimex UK Ltd and Visual Shop Ltd, both companies based within the UK. The aim at that time was to supply low-cost two-tone BB guns online with cheap delivery costs. Within a short amount of time, Just BB Guns was approved by UKARA as a registered retailer of RIF airsoft guns, creating new customers from the world or Airsoft, film making and other specialist consumers of airsoft replica guns.
Our original retail shop was located near Reading but we soon realised running a shop away from the warehouse and support team was not going to work. So as a company, we decided to move the shop to the front of our large warehouse in Feltham.
Shortly after moving our shop, we applied for our RFD (registered firearms dealer licence) which was approved without issue. Since that time we have offered a small number of air guns including rifles and pistols via our Just Air Guns website www.justairguns.co.uk (and not from our Just BB Guns website www.justbbguns.co.uk) – today we have an equal amount of stock and sales are about the same on each website every month.
In 2012 we opened our offices and retail store in America, now located in Dallas, Texas, and we offer our products from our USA website at www.just-airsoftguns.com.
More recently we have a new partner in Ireland and have premises in the centre of Dublin. At this time you can visit by appointment only, however, we do offer fast low-cost delivery on all of our products at www.justbbguns.ie.
All support is via our dedicated team located in the UK from our Feltham address and we can be contacted via our support system from each of our websites or from our UK store.

A fantastic, fast and efficient service. I ordered a rifle on line on Monday, by Tuesday morning I had no confirmation email or receipt so called them up and they confirmed they were processing the order and said I should expect the rifle the coming weekend. At 5pm THAT NIGHT the courier calls and says he will be with me in 45 minutes!! PS I live in Wiltshire
Additionally, I had a few issues in charging the PCP rifle so called them for advice and they was going to do some tests on their instock rifles and call me back with a solution. I subsequently ‘fixed’ the issue (pump related) so rang to let them know it was sorted for which they were great full – I would certainly deal with them again
I purchased a pistol package from them recently and having read the reviews after purchasing I was a bit apprehensive, I thought I’d give them a chance though. My only problem was the delivery was a bit slow but I’m not going to be too critical of that at the moment because a lot of companies are having difficulties with delivery. Overall my experience with JAG was pretty good.
I had some trouble with an Airgun I purchased, which meant it was sent back. Turns out I was being a fool and not using it correctly. Just Air guns were very helpful and sent back the airgun to me, plus with extra pellets and co2 canisters, at no charge!
I can’t recommend you guys enough!! This was my first ever air gun purchase, and I have to say it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you.
Your service was rapid, delivery was quick and very simple and the driver was very pleasant.
Ok, First off I’m only giving 3 out of 5 stars because four of the five guns I bought were of good quality and I had no issues.
Unfortunately this wasn’t the case with the four one I bought! After I unpacked it and started to set it up the release pin for the CO2 cover snapped off. I telephoned and they agreed I could return it for investigation, and this is were it really went downhill!
One of their team called me and said there wasn’t anything wrong with the gun and the release pin breaking was ‘user error!’ I said I would be willing to pay half the cost for replacing the magazine, but they weren’t interested.
They wanted to charge me twenty odd pounds for the return postage, but I only paid half.
Finally, their customer service skills suck and their delivery charge of £40 is extortionate, think about it…if they only delivered 10 guns a day that’s £400, and it doesn’t cost that much to pay a driver and maintain a van!
So I spent over £600 with them and £200 of that was for delivery charges, which is a little ironic when it cost me less than £10 to send the one gun back, and only cost them £22 to send it back to me!
So if I was you I would look at other suppliers, not only are some of them cheaper, and sell a wide range, but their delivery charges are less than £20!
The one I use now is Pellpax…It’s your choice.

Faultless service. Good prices, as far as I’m aware. Super fast delivery and even accommodated a delivery slot time change on the same day! I would 100% recommend this company and should I require another purchase in the future, this company will certainly be my go to….

There are a lot of others out there, my advice use the others……you’ll be happy until it goes wrong, then they won’t give a dam on the warranty, how this place has so many 4 and 5* reviews I don’t know, look at Trustpilot, you’ll find real reviews.
Excellent service with great comunication
I ordered an air rifle late on Saturday and and they kept me informed over the next few days and delivered the rifle the following Thursday after updating me on delivery times.
