My order came a day early. Pellpax communication is very good and the driver called when near by.
I ordered a kit which some items where different than shown. This was not a problem what so ever as the scope was a better one than described and they sent a magazine for the air gun also.

I have recently bought an air rifle online on the company’s website and as soon as I’ve placed the order, I got a phone call from the store and the gentleman I spoke to told me that one of the 2 boxes of pellets I ordered with the gun are not quite compatible with it and I agreed that he replaced it with another suitable one.
On the day of delivery, the driver called me 10 minutes before and arrived exactly within the time frame, and when I opened the box I noticed that they sent an extra box of pellets in replacement for the incompatible one. Never got to thank anybody for this, as the driver was already gone. He was very polite and courteous, as you’d expect from a professional company. Definitely recommend and would buy again.
Pellpax is great. Great prices, great service. All the pistols I have bought have been set up to perfection before delivery. I always used to scour the Internet before I bought and they were always consistently the best price and consistently the best quality. The delivery is always on time and always expedited to suit me, not them. If ever I am looking to buy another air rifle or pistol I always buy from them and am always pleased that I did. Before buying try ringing them as ull have to ring more than three times as they never answer the phone.

Phoned pellpax as I wasn’t sure what product I needed for my gun was speaking with the guy for around 20minutes was very helpful and explained everything to me on how to use and what is was for I placed my order over the phone with him within 2days I received my order brilliant company I would highly recommend the. Another couple of orders from me, a) the Umarex nylon belt holster with spare mag holder (I really like the dual clip and button fastener option on the strap), for my Beretta PX-4 Storm (perfect fit) and b) the Gerber Gato Bolo machete, which is great for bush clearing and is nicely balanced, very strong and capable. Good quality products at very good prices 👍🏻.
