Having been in Framlingham since 2003, Trulock & Harris has been able to expand on its’ gun sales and gun repairs with a larger upstairs showroom displaying accessories, gifts and clothing for the country person. Names such as Aigle, Musto, Barbour, Le Chameau and others can kit you out from head to toe.
Stocking a good selection of air-rifles; shotguns and rifles alongside all the necessary ammunition and cartridges. Experienced, friendly staff are on hand for help and advice.
Jason has been a gunsmith all his working life so most repair work and gun fitting is done ‘in-house’ in their extensive workshop facilities.

very poor service. did not seem a happy shop. The staff were generally helpful but there was a woman present who was very rude and abrupt with seemingly had a total lack of customer service skills. She spoilt the visit. Left without buying anything! They have lost a potentially good customer. Perhaps they should visit Riflecraft to see how customers SHOULD be treated.
Knowledgeable helpful staff. Great gunsmith. Lots of stock in beautiful showrooms. Highly recommend them all-round.
I have been a customer of Jason for more than 20 years and always found him very helpful and knowledgeable. Sadly due to an arm injury my shooting days have now ended and Trulock and Harris have been really great in taking care of the disposal of my guns. Absolutely first class service.

Absolutly first class. extreemly knowlegable and friendly. Went in with 2 very old guns to trade in. Though not something the shop could resell themselves they were happy to take them and pass on to a specialist for sale (holts). I explained I was looking for a upgrade but on a budget. They found me one gun I liked and processed the paperwork. I then found a second I liked and wanted to buy but absolutly no pressure. It was relaxed and helpful they knew I was a novice but explained things in simple terms without being condesending. Provided a simple set of paperwork I could use for my tranasfer. A really fun morning I definatly will be back. For a saturday morning It was like rush hour on the tube lots of customers but we were all treated like we were the only one there. If I could make a surgestion it would only be to open longer hours at the weekend if trade allows.

Stockists of great gundog equipment. Struggled to get anything locally but trulock had everything at a reasonable price.
