Bought 2 rifles and 1 had a fault which meant he had to go back to the manufacturer. Great service and nothing was to much trouble for them. Friendly professional service and have been back a few time. Highly recommended.
As a newbie having done a tour of several gun shops within an hours drive, I settled on buying 2 air rifles from Tony at Wiltshire Rod and Gun. Proper customer service and highly recommended from my experience.
Top class, friendly service. Full of helpful advice and information. Lovely clothing section upstairs with their own in-house designs (Gamebirds). Our first choice for anything shooting related.
Had to take my BSA air rifle in for an issue. They found the issue but could not fix on site, had to be sent for full service and repair. Said it would take approx 2 weeks but i needed a gun for my job, they very kindly lent me a gun whilst mine is in for repair. Cannot thank them enough for this and would recommend them to anyone.
